Abby Starobin is an interior designer and decorator whose focus is on rental-friendly design hacks, intentional use of color, and creating spaces that feel deeply personal—because no two clients are the same. A strong understanding of spatial flow, paired with an intuitive, empathetic approach, allows her to create spaces that not only look beautiful but truly feel like home.
Over the years, she’s worked with all types of clients across the country, from sprawling estates to tiny New York City studios. One of her proudest moments was transforming a Texas “McMansion” for a client who was so delighted with Abby’s work that she brought her on to design almost her entire estate!
Abby’s personal style is eclectic, colorful, and charming, inspired by a lifetime of collecting unique objects from her adventures. Yet, she’s highly adaptable and loves helping others bring their style to life, whatever that may be. She takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their stories to create spaces that genuinely resonate with them.
Her favorite part of her work is witnessing their joy and excitement when they see their new space come to life. And of course she couldn’t do it without my feathered assistant, Lola :) She founded Symphony Lane, LLC in 2022.
