Industrial Chicago Loft

My main focus when designing this space was to stay true to the existing industrial-style architecture. I let the fantastic arched windows, exposed brick, and pipes sing instead of competing with the decor. I still added fun decor - contrasting blues and orangey reds, a gallery wall consisting of the same color palette plus more, a rug to tie it all together, and pink palms because why not? - but the decor does not compete with the industrial quality; rather, it complements it. I didn't opt for industrial-style furnishings or objects, because that wasn't my client's vision. The best designs are an eclectic mix of styles. As a result, I created a chic vibe, and my client was thrilled. Mission accomplished!
